Programming the charging time eliminates the need to manually “plug in” for those times. You simply plug in whenever you want and the setting will power up automatically. While programming isn’t required for participation, it can help maximize your savings.
Your co-op will use the charging information to apply a monthly bill credit of $.02 per kWh of off-peak charging completed by your EV while at home.
