Fleming-Mason Energy offers Daily Usage Alerts to let you know how much energy was consumed the previous day. By monitoring your usage daily, you may notice a change in usage much faster than seeing an increase or decrease in your monthly bill.
This alert goes out daily at 9 A.M. and can be sent via text or e-mail.
Call the office to sign up at 800-464-3144, or log into your FME account online.
On your portal account, go to My Account and choose “Notifications” to see the Payment and Balance & Usage Notifications options.
Under Payment Notifications, you can set up Due Date Reminders, Past Due Reminders, Payment Confirmations, and more.
Under Balance & Usage Notifications, you can opt for a daily Energy Usage Alert or choose a High or Low Energy Usage Alert to let you know only when the previous day’s usage meets a certain threshold. High or Low Energy Usage alerts may indicate a change in your usage and may prompt you to look into any potential issues you may have in a timelier manner than waiting for your monthly electric bill.
