JULY 2023 BOARD MEETING

The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Fleming Mason Energy was held at 12:45 p.m., Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at the office of the cooperative. The following is a summary of the meeting activities. The minutes of the June 1, 2023, meeting were approved.

• Earl Rogers conducted the election of officers.
• Policy 502, was approved with changes.
• The Cost-of-Service Study was approved.
• The financial and office services report was presented and approved.
• Brandon Hunt gave a CEO report discussing the RESAP inspection, We had a great report with a lot of compliments from the inspection team.
• Tim Eldridge updated the board on East Kentucky Power Cooperative’s recent meeting.

There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
